Finding lions in London is like finding a six foot Waldo amid the Seven Dwarves. Seeing as it's a symbol of royalty, and linked on the UK's Crown label with a unicorn, either you find yourself under the gaze of a snarling feline, or watching out for your eye as a horn flits by.

i'm not sure how it started, but when k and i see an image of a lion somewhere, we snog. we do the same thing when we hear a car stop with an 'ert!' and i'm sure there will be many more reasons we can find for a little session of liplocking. so i'm working on a little collection of lions to be found in London, and i hope to not only just put up pictures, but also give an idea of where they are located, and who made them or what they represent. mostly, though, i think i'll just be going through the motions of 'oh look, there a lion, must take a picture so k will snog me when she sees it.'
